Food Service Policy
Food Allergies and Dietary Requests

Final decisions regarding meal consumption should be made by the guest.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are charged as follows:
- On the day of stay: 100% of the accommodation fee
- 1 day before: 50% of the accommodation fee
- From 3 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee
- From 7 days before: 20% of the accommodation fee
- No-show without notice: 100% of the accommodation fee
Reservation Terms
These terms apply to the reservation system operated by Kyokuritsu Co., Ltd.
Reservation Completion
A reservation is considered completed when a reservation confirmation email is sent to the customer.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations of reservations should be made by phone.
Prohibited Acts
- Providing false information
- Making false reservations
- Using the system fraudulently
- Interfering with system operations
- Violating laws or public order
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
